Summary
West & Stem did multiple tenant up-fits for this new shopping development off Stratford Road in Winston-Salem, NC. Design packages ranging from landlord requirements based on LOI agreements to full tenant upfit packages were completed for various units. Tenants included Tijuana Flats, Mario’s Pizza, Sleepy’s Mattresses and Fleet Feet Sports.
Fleet Feet Sports is a continuing client for West & Stem. We have provided tenant upfit design for its last two locations and remodels. Their Hanestowne location is approximately 12,500 sf in area. Program items include retail space, storage and racking space, office support space, team rooms for coordinating events, and a training / classroom for community running events.
