Summary
A dated shopping center in need of a facelift, West and Stem did a complete exterior renovation to bring it up to date. Building upgrades include an entirely new façade and building forms. The new design strives to break down the overall scale and proportion of the building elevation and to give more individual identity to tenants through the building form. Existing tenants include Outback Steakhouse, Firehouse Subs, Hertz, Oman Eye Care, and State Farm Insurance. West and Stem also did the new tenant up-fit for IHOP.
