Located within the Triad region of North Carolina, Bethany Medical has over 8 locations with 60 providers and more than 500 staff members. West and Stem has been asked by Peters Development and Holdings to renovate, upfit, and design from the ground up several new locations for their multispecialty medical group.
Current completed project locations include:
(High Point, NC) Four locations, interior renovations various square footages. (Wilkesboro, NC) New 2-story, 17,000 SF mixed use medical office / retail building and 8,000 SF medical office upfit (2nd story). (Jamestown, NC) – 5,500 SF interior renovation for a retail medical office building; multiple providers. (Kernersville, NC) – 5,000 SF addition / expansion to the existing Kernersville location. Interior renovation / upfit of existing space for additional provider offices.
