Currently under construction, this is a 14,521s.f. design building project with Landmark Builders of the Triad for Novant Health. This is a unique building, in that it is built upon a pre-engineered metal building with a brick and EFIS exterior fascia. The building also needed to conform to the local design covenant of the medical park.
