Summary
A new 36,000 sf. facility in Greensboro. West & Stem designed the project in partnership with Landmark Builders of the Triad for the building Owner. The client was interested in having a preferred developer team present and summarize opportunities for a build-to-suit/design-build project as it relates to a ‘Retail’ facility to repair and maintain Class 8 trucks (large on-highway vehicles) at a location in the Greensboro area. Other vehicles serviced on site include fire trucks, tractor trailers, buses, coaches, recreational vehicles, garbage trucks, and other general “street trucks”.
