Summary
Currently under construction, Phase I is a 164,000 sf insulated precast concrete manufacturing and warehouse building for the TW Garner company, known as the makers for Texas Pete hot sauce. West & Stem was hired to program and design a multi-phased facility that would begin with a 164,000 sf. warehouse then expand to a connecting 192,000 sf. building to be used as a warehouse and office headquarters. The project was designed to look cohesive when both phases were complete but phase I still needed to look as though it was it’s own building until the time came to expand.
