Summary
A new 21,200 s.f. distribution facility for Lihmil flower distributors completed in 2017. The construction consists of a “Nucor” metal building system, a split face block fascia, and houses a large indoor cooler, high-piled combustible storage, and office space. The project design was executed as a design-build delivery method with Landmark Builders of the Triad.
