Summary
West & Stem completed the design for an interior renovations of an existing 80,000 sf tilt-up concrete facility for Solstas Labs. Renovations included adding a nearly 5,000 square foot mezzanine to expand their office space to two stories in the front of the facility. West & Stem partnered with Landmark Builders of the Triad on the project.
